Ensure the OTA COM API Library is installed. (You can verify this by opening up the TDExcelAddin.xla in the VBA Editor (Alt-F11 in Excel). In Tools-->References you should the OTA COM API Library checked. Default password for the macro is tdtdtd.

 

TDConnect.exe (also available from the addins page needs to be installed first)
